Get to know Jake

As the young skinny kid like I was, my journey started very unexpectedly. My name is Jake Plaskie. I am a certified personal trainer passionated to help people to get to their goals. Before I ever considered bodybuilding, I did a lot of sports. Skateboarding, Basketball, football, tennis, Parkour etc...

The sports I did for the longest time were wrestling and boxing. I loved the art of combat and was very interested in learning to master the technique. I only had one disadvantage, i was too skinny. 1m71 at 57kg, skinny but with some muscle I was too light and weak.

I started to train with some home equipment and was super sore the day after. That feeling of muscle pain sparked something in me that kept on pushing me into the weight room. The passion started to grow and slowly but surely it became my passion.
